Taizhou Huanyan Wanhao Mould Factory, which is one member of Huanyan Mould Associations, also is a large and medium-sized enterprise specialized in manufacture of precision plastic injection moulds. Our company has more than 120 staffs now. Among them, there are about 20 designers and 50 middle and high class technical personnel specializing in moulds and designing. 30 personnel master in operating on CNC and EDM. We own 9 sets of CNC machining tools, 6 sets of EDM forming machines, 6 sets of wire cutting machines, 3 sets of rocker arm drilling machines, 16 sets of mould processing and trial equipement and 28 computers and so on. A CAD/CAM/CAE integrated flow system has been established for the whole process of design and manufacture of moulds, which has greatly improved precision of moulds and shortened the manufacturing cycle of moulds.
